Edinburgh has many great free museums that you might not know about. For instance inside the Bank of Scotland Head Office building you will find the Museum on the Mound. This free museum takes you through the history of banking in Scotland and there is not much you will get for free from the bank so for this reason alone we would recommend a visit 😁

We have two new members of staff, Valentina and Macarena who you may have seen out and about on the Royal Mile. They can confirm it takes exactly 7 weeks and 3 days before the drone of the bagpipes starts to get a little repetitive 😄 love them or hate them you are certainly never far from them when you work in and around the Old Town.

The last person to be hanged in Edinburgh was in 1954.
