It is accessed via a private and very pleasant courtyard which is a sun-trap in good weather. We ask all guests to respect the peace and quiet of the local residents when entering and leaving by keeping noise to a minimum. Just a short walk from the building is Slateford train station which takes you to Haymarket, at the heart of Edinburgh, in just three minutes, or Waverley in eight minutes. Slateford road itself is a pleasant street with a supermarket next door, many shops and restaurants as well as being on a main bus route into the city and surrounding areas. Just 1.7 miles from Murrayfield stadium, 2.5miles from Edinburgh Zoo and 6.5 miles from Edinburgh airport, it is ideally situated for you to explore all that Edinburgh has to offer.
