Availability from 21st August 2023 to catch some of the Edinburgh festival fun . Great location for families coming to Murrayfield for any rugby matches coming up in 2023/2024 . Book directly via this page or through Airbnb or VRBO . Perfect location to stay for Paolo Nutini concert just announced at the Royal Highland Centre 31st August . Hop on the tram direct to airport stop and a short walk to the grounds .

Ideal property for families walking distance to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium which hosts the six nations and winter rugby and also pop concerts in the summer months . Near Edinburgh zoo and the modern art gallery . Take a lovely walk down the water of leith to Dean village and Stockbridge or a nice walk into Edinburgh city centre . We are close to haymarket train station and murrayfield tram stop , also just 15 min drive from Edinburgh airport.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 main bathrooms and a downstairs toilet . sleeps 6 adults and can sleep and addition 2 small children . Own private grounds and private parking which is secure with a gated entrance .

This property is ideal for families who like privacy in peaceful surroundings .
