A visit to The Goring at Christmas is nothing short of magical—a perfect blend of luxury and holiday spirit. With twinkling lights, we were delighted by a special visit from everyone's favourite Shetland pony, Teddy The Shetland , who brought an extra touch of holiday cheer with his sweet presence. Their journey took them from pip to sip, providing an insider's perspective on how the apple goes from seed to bottle and behind the scenes insight to the creation of the Orchards' products, from Medieval Cidre to Apple Treacle.
