I'm back in the office after an incredible time in Colorado. It's truly one of the best ski destinations anywhere.

Unlike Europe where you can mostly book ski lift passes closer to departure, for USA and Canada, it pays to book early. For context, a one day ski lift pass (peak days) at either Keystone or Breckenridge will set you back nearly $300 per day, per person, whereas our Epic Summit Season Pass more than paid for itself after 2 days skiing!

You'd be forgiven for thinking I'd vanished off the face of the earth, given the radio silence. Truth is I've never been busier, sending my customers across the globe. Also...
..I'd like to introduce you to Frisco, who is one year old today. For the dog owners among you, you'll appreciate how intense that first year is! It's hard to imagine how 'peaceful' life was before him, but he's very much part of our family and even the cat has began to tolerate him!

January is pretty full on for most of us in the travel industry. For travel planners like me, this involves long hours of quote preparations, holiday bookings plus the ongoing service for our customers currently or imminently travelling.

During a wee breather one morning last week, I went through my travel photos and came across this belter of an image. This is me (and my hair) in beautiful Vienna, during my adventures across Central and Eastern Europe in the summer of '99!
