We were privileged to meet the maestro of rum Nelson Hernandez, master distiller for Diplomatico, who flew from Venezuela to Edinburgh recently for an event and dropped by the Thistle Street Bar with Edinburgh-based Diplomatico brand ambassador Plato Moysiadis.
