Beautiful frosty walk this morning at Lauriston Castle.

The original medieval castle was destroyed in 1544. In 1590, the four-storey tower house was rebuilt, with the Jacobean style extentions added in 1827.

With amazing views across the Firth of Forth and stunning gardens (including a Japanese friendship garden), the grounds are free entry, and well worth a visit.

It's always a pleasure showing friends around the city. Especially if I can take them somewhere they haven't been before!

So when has one of her few afternoons off from playing a lead in , you need to go some place special 😊

Dean Village and the Water of Leith were the only places for it, and the brisk December winter made it all the more beautiful.

Sadly, the Edinburgh run has finished, but you can catch Christina and the Joseph Musical up and down the UK all this year.
