My name is Simon and I am proud to be leading my team of 7. We are all very thankful for Hays for giving us the opportunity to get back to what we love doing since the events with Thomas Cook unfolded. I have worked in Travel for over 5 years and my favourite part of my job is talking to customers (old and new) about their past and future holidays. I am a destination expert on Mexico and all other long haul destinations. However, I have also travelled throughout Europe and i do love to cruise. I look forward to welcoming both old and new customers into the store to meet my friendly team.
I am proud to work alongside my great team. Sara, is my Assistant Manager and she has worked in Travel for 22 years. Sara has a wealth of experience and loves to talk holidays with all her customers. Sara has worked in numerous places throughout her career including Heathrow Airport she has experience in both Foreign exchange and travel. Her favourite holiday destination is anywhere with a hot tub. Her bucket list destination is Bora Bora.
Katie has been in travel for 5 years. She has worked as a travel agent for 2 years and previously worked overseas as a holiday rep in mainland Spain (Benidorm) and Egypt. Katie has visited a number of destinations with her favourite being Crete in Greece. Her bucket list destination is a Safari in Africa .
We also have Sharon who has worked in travel for 25 years. She will be a familiar face to many of our regular customers. Service is very important to Sharon and she likes to make sure each and every one of her customers is made to feel important. Her favourite holiday destinations are anywhere in Greece. Sharon one day hopes to tick Barbados off of her bucket list.
Kelly has been in travel for 16 years. Kelly is a Disney expert and loves all things Disney she has been to three different Disney resorts. Kelly has also travelled to a number of destinations and loves Singapore and Jamaica. Her bucket list destination is Disney California.
Lianne previously worked 15 years for Thomas Cook airlines. She loves life in the skies and will be happy to tell you all her stories. If you have any questions about any aircraft you might be flying on she is the person you need to speak to.
Manda is our dedicated Foreign exchange consultant and has been in the industry for 16 years. She will be known to many customers who will recognise her. One of her favourite holiday destinations is Italy which she went to this year. She is also a fan of Disneyland Paris. Her bucket list destination is Brazil but she also wants to visit The Great Wall of China.
Finally, we have another familiar face, Ann. She has been in travel for so long she can’t remember :). Ann has literally travelled the world. She has a number of favourite destinations including Machu Picchu and Iguazu falls. Ann still has a few things to tick of her bucket list including Victoria falls.
