Once again Enniskillen has made it into the top ten most welcoming places in a booking . com survey of travellers travelling with the UK and NI.

It's the 13th Annual Traveller Review Awards by the online giant travel firm and Enniskillen once again shows just how welcoming we can be.

So a big well done to you all. Aren't we all just so nice!

The Vista from the Top

Ireland has some of the world’s best walks, hikes, and treks stretching across the island. Combining Northern Ireland and the republic is great in length and great variety in scenery. 84,421 km² of fun possibilities!

My kind of spot lies between the Co. Fermanagh and Co. Cavan borders. The “Cuilcagh Legnabrocky Trail.” A 15Km enjoyable hike ascending and descending to and from the top of 2,182 ft Cuilcagh mountain is a rewarding mild endurance walk- a maze of desirable wild hiking trails with the expansive covering of Irish bog and wildlife.

The vista from the top is beyond the beauty of ethereal scenery. Taking pictures of distant peaks, lakes and looking down to the patches of shades of green from surrounding lowlands. What a beautiful stairway to heaven! A happy moment that if only heaven has a visiting time... I was right there.
