Creative Care Support Solutions Creative Care Support Solutions provides Care support for Elderly and young Adults with Learning Disabilities.

Creative Care Support Solutions was set up in 2016 by Gerard Dunnigan and Jen Shiel who are passionate about care support being a partnership between those receiving care and those delivering care, and that it meets the aspirations of people who need support to lead their life in the way they wish. Jen and Gerard have both worked in a variety of different care settings and between them bring over

40 years of experience to this new venture. Anyone who uses our service to support their care needs will be at the centre of how this is delivered:

We also want to work positively with local commissioning teams and explore new ways of delivering care support that is both innovative and cost effective in what is a very challenging time for social care in the community both from a financial and expectation perspective. We believe that this approach with Commissioners will be welcomed as they endeavour to meet the needs of people in the community that need care support now and in the future.

Hi all,
We are currently recruiting for Support workers to assist people with care needs in their own homes. If you or anyone you know would be interested please contact us for more information or for an application form via the following: - [email protected] or alternatively on 07787824671
The hours are on working on a flexible basis and will be made up of a number of short visits ranging from early mornings to late evenings, enabling you to work around other commitments.
You will need to have a full driving licence and access to a car but this is not essential. Milage will of course be paid.
Full training will be given to all staff.

We will be providing a care support service that will enable adults at risk to live as independently as possible in the community. This will range from support in all aspects of personal care to support in social, education and leisure activities. The care support we will provide will be person-centred with the service user at the heart of decisions about how and when they will need support.
The aspirations of all groups of people who require a care support service to live their lives has changed significantly in recent times. The aim of Creative Care Support Solutions is to enable each individual to lead the life that they want.

Our care support service will be different as each service user will be at the very centre of all of our activities. We recognise that our staff will be our most important asset and we will promote an ethos and philosophy of 'employee ownership', where everyone involved with Creative Care Support Solutions feels that they have a voice and can contribute to its development. The training and personal development of each member of staff will be a key aspect of how we run our business. It is the nurturing of this staff ownership that will communicate how our service is different to our customers - individuals and Local Authorities alike.
