We are actually excited here at Black Rock, it is that time of year, where the winter nights are drawing in at a great speed, the nights are long and cold, we need a little pick me up don't we?

Can you imagine I'M A CELEBRITY IN THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND??

There are, I am sure a varied amount of fascinating insects that can be found in this area, but does a Midgie stir fry appeal?🤢

They could do an interesting take on a whisky tasting task, don't you think 😋

Or a Highland dance on an interesting floor covering....

Is my imagination getting carried away??

I'm sure the Producers of this crazy programme could conjure up some delights to test the Celebs, what are your thoughts on the celebs this year? There are some good ones I think!

All our bookings are now live for 2024 on our Website, The Bookings team are still tweaking a few issues on The Pitchup booking system, but hopefully soon, it will all be working fantastic and you can book in your 2024 holiday adventures!!

The prices are all up to date and I have had this confirmed from our Bookings manager.

The Touring Pitches for 2024 are lower than our 2023 season!! That is amazing, you can now book a Touring pitch for £27.00 per night and choose whether you want Electric hook up at £8.00 extra per night, I think this is a great addition into the system and gives our wonderful customers the chance to stay more self-sufficient or add the extra luxury of electricity.

What a weekend here at Black Rock!!!

We have been the busiest we have ever been and we have enjoyed every minute.

Lovely to have families extending their stays, Groups of families travelling together, Singletons camping, Groups of Cyclists pitching tents, many different campervans and motorhomes all different sizes, thankfully we managed to squeeze you all in!!

Black Rock went to look for Orcas yesterday, sadly we didn't spot any, but we did enjoy the amazing rugged coast, all the way up the east coast from Evanton, calling at Dunbeath, Duncansby head, John O’Groats and then onto Thurso.

Great trip out enjoying the beauty of the Highlands.

Good evening to all our Black Rockers,

What a weekend so far :)
We have been so busy, with lots of lovely customers, we have families and couples staying with us from all over, as near as Invergordon and as far as Germany, The Netherlands, England, France and Belgium.

It has been lovely sharing the weekend with you all and we look forward to you returning again in the near future!

It's great to have our guests extending their stays and rebooking for the near future.

To hear the sounds of children, Doggies and laughter is fantastic 😀
