Even better, the sun is shining today, making it the perfect day to kickstart this journey toward sustainability. 🌞

The snow looks beautiful, but our poor guests have no heating due to a power outage at 9am and the power is not due to be restored until 2.30, not ideal with 4 inches of snow on the ground. 🥶 Thankfully we have a couple of cottages with gas cooking facilities, so boiling water so they can at least have a hot drink. ☕️
