Looking for ideas to support this amazing charity.
Served with a detachment of 42 commando on HMS London and Afghanistan as part of the MERT team.
Although a Fusilier 2RRF (Army) I think it is only fitting that we pay back to our RM at CTCRM and the association.
If anyone would like to come up with an idea to raise money for the association then please get in touch.
eg Woodbury common log run, land and sand log run, role in role out 24hr training session….

Good morning guys, honoured to introduce you all to our new Southwest Military Fitness instructor Onouiweta (Marty) .
A former Royal Marine Commando with some 22 years service.
I don’t think I need to explain anymore due to the fact his experience says it all.
He will be shadowing other SWMF instructors over the next few weeks in order to gain some experience of how week delivery our sessions and the unique ethos of our company.

Well what an end to the week Phear Park Exmouth. No less than 66 awesome people of all different ability groups coming together with one aim, get fit and have fun whilst doing it. Today’s Woodbury session! 💪🏻👌💦☀️🌊 Exeter and Exmouth Community UK. 10min functional warm up followed by a full 1hr training session which combined CV and endurance, two of the few training training zones that can give you overall fitness. Body resistance exercises with Qualified Military Instructors, lots of fun and stunning views. Mondays & Wednesdays @ Wyvern Barracks. 18:30-19:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays @ Cranbrook train station. 18:30-19:30 Saturdays Exmouth or an alternative venue with the best team. 08:30-09:30
