Hi All thank you for all your follows and enquiries. I’ve been asked for more photos so I thought I would post some more on our page.
The accommodation is self catering annex on our house, so there is an equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. An open plan living room with TV. A downstairs bathroom and shower, 2 attic style bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 singles which could easily be pushed together to make a double and one bedroom with a king size bed.
Outside you have your own private garden with a patio area, parking next to the garden gate so easy access.
Horses have stables and turn out available, there is a sand school with mirrors and an instructor on site if you want to turn it into a training holiday. Lots of local hacking as well, with a short drive to Dartmoor or local forestry rides.
Dog friendly with dog walks galore and so much else with Dartmoor, paddle boarding, mountain bike riding, Haldon forest has miles of bike trails , walking trails, Go ape and South Devon beaches within easy reach . Situated about 15 minutes from Exeter . Availability still for Mid to end of August onwards . Minimum of 2 night stay 😊🐶🚴‍♀️🐴

Welcome to Deer View a self contained Cottage which sleeps 4 in the heart of Devon. We are surrounded by amazing countryside with so many wonderful attractions so close by we wanted to share it with you all.
Horses can be accommodated and you can plan your own horsey holiday with or without instruction. The use of an arena, show jumps and lots of local hacking. The stables are within 20 meters of your accommodation and turn out too, bring a friend or make a group?
Dog friendly with your own enclosed garden and patio area. There are hundreds of local dog walks and the coast, forests, reservoirs and Dartmoor all within an easy drive.
Mountain Bike friendly with somewhere to store your bike, wash off zone and repair barn. Haldon Forrest is on our doorstep with hundreds of trails from easy to very difficult why not take a look at their website.
