There is a reserved space in the secure, gated rear car park. Unlimited, fast fibre internet is on hand throughout the apartment.
The apartment has a hallway with cloak room which opens into the very spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with high ceilings, and the two double bedrooms, both equipped with superking beds (6 ft/180cm wide) and a family bathroom. If needed the beds can be split into full size singles.
The living area is furnished with two three seater sofas, coffee tables and equipped with a 50” Samsung Smart TV, sound system, Blu-Ray player and Bluetooth connection. Three fully glazed, south facing double doors with Juliet balconies, overlooking the shared garden make the room bright, light and airy.
The dining area is equipped with a table and seating for six, enabling you to entertain, if necessary from the extremely well equipped kitchen.
The contemporary kitchen, with granite worktops, is equipped primarily with Bosch appliances – an induction hob, multi-function oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There are a range of small appliances such as a toaster, together with various ways of making tea and coffee to suit. There is an extensive selection of utensils, china and glassware.
A good night’s sleep should be guaranteed as both double bedrooms are at the rear of the building and come with luxurious, hotel quality beds, plenty of pillows and cushions, linen and towels.
The first has a superking bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small TV. The window has original shutters. The en-suite has a rainshower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom also has a superking bed (split into singles on request) and double wardrobe/drawer in which there is a hotel safe.
The family bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over and a glass shower screen, toilet and basin.
Unusually for a period building there is double glazing throughout, with full central heating.
Guests have use of the shared garden and close by is Belmont Park, the Clifton Hill Sports Centre and Golf driving range.
A car is not needed for your stay as there is also a Waitrose supermarket close by and the city centre and Quayside is a short walk.
In the city centre you can visit the Cathedral, one of the oldest and most beautiful in England and shop at Princesshay with over 70 of the best high street names together with a mix of specialist and independent shops. A relaxed vibe, ancient and modern – all can be found in the city. At the Quayside there are multiple option for climbing, canoeing, kayaking cycling walking along the River Exe or the canal – or just chilling at one of the many cafes or pubs.
Exeter has many restaurants and cafes to suit every taste, many of which are a short stroll away.
