Beachcomber Holiday Apartment is a lovely first-floor duplex balconied holiday let, offering accommodation for four adults/children with cot/highchair facilities for toddlers. This let is also dog friendly and located just 75 steps from the famous 2 miles of Exmouth sandy beach. The master bedroom benefits from sea views and the Mamhead launching slipway. The bed configuration has been designed to

accommodate two 3' singles, or one Super King bed, plus a fixed "quirky" raised double "cabin Bed" in the second room. Facilities cover full Sky Glass TVs, free Wifi, plus washing machine, beach trolly, bbq, beach sports games, beach chairs/blankets, buckets/spades crabbing equipment, SUP/kayak rack, with a ground floor large secure cupboard, and equipment/bikes can also be kept in the long private yard, just accessible for Beachcomber Holiday Apartment guests. The Apartment offers doorstep parking and a secure garage, allowing the option for you to bring your own watersports equipment such as a jet ski, or small tender, as we offer, boat launching facilities, with visitors River Exe moorings* up to 7m, and when available Exmouth Marina berths*. SUP/kayak/canoe bike hire* can be booked directly with Beachcomber Adventure Sports, in advance so your sports equipment is ready for the start of your holiday at the "Apartment" please call our mobile, for full details if you are interested in any of these options. *subject to availability, all hire equipment and bikes must be booked well in advance of your holiday start date.

Whilst many of us are enjoying a Valentine’s Day dinner this evening our dedicated Exmouth RNLI volunteers will still be launching their lifeboat on exercise at 6pm.

This commitment extends 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is one of the many reasons we are so proud of our Exmouth RNLI volunteers.

All exercises are conducted subject to operational requirements.

1. Take all rubbish with you when leaving the beach
2. Clean up after your dog whilst using the beach
3. Put out and dispose of disposable BBQs properly
4. Do not feed animals and sea life, as it’s not their natural diet
