*RANT INCOMING*
Unfortunately not a happy post today.
Today we got sent photos of our lovely van that had been left in an absolute mess from a previous guest, but not only a mess but they had stolen our £100 rug in the front room that our children loved.
It’s a horrible feeling knowing people can be so disrespectful to other people’s property. It’s so upsetting when we are trying to give our guests the most comfortable stays at great prices with low damage deposits and things like this happen. It’s extremely frustrating.
We had new guests going in today and thankfully our amazing cleaner Carl did an amazing job to turn the caravan around to make sure our new guests had a lovely clean and comfortable caravan to arrive to and could check in to the caravan at a good time.
These things can happen and we just have to keep our heads held high and fingers crossed these things don’t happen too often so we can continue to rent our beautiful van for guests to enjoy at the best price possible.
