Our privately owned, 3 bedroom 'Deluxe Plus' caravan is situated in a quiet, well-located plot on Haven's 5 star Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon. The caravan is sited just a 5 minute walk from the award-winning, sandy beach and a 5 minute walk from the entertainment complex where there is a huge array of things to do. We have parking facilities just outside the caravan. The
caravan sleeps up to a maximum of 8 people, with 3 bedroom and a pull-out double bed in the lounge. There is a panel heater in each of the bedrooms as well as the bathroom, plus a gas fire in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, coffee machine and cutlery; it's like a home from home. Our caravan comes complete with a 29" Smart TV, PS3/DVD, games, DVDs and a small selection of toys for our younger guests to enjoy. There is also a stroller, bed guard, travel cot and a bumbo seat. All of these extras are included in our price! The fantastic panoramic sea view to enjoy from the lounge makes our caravan lovely, homely and very comfortable. Entertainment (Funworks) passes are NOT included in the hire price. These can be purchased from Haven directly or on payment to me and I will be happy to arrange them on your behalf.
