Templehall Cottage is a beautifully modernised and cosy 3 bedroomed cottage sleeping up to 4, situated on the beautifu

l Berwickshire coast with panoramic views over the sea at Coldingham Bay with large garden and private parking. Templehall Shepherds Huts 'The Rowan', 'The Hawthorn' and 'The Cedar Tiny House' - (New for 2021) - All adults only - are positioned in a grassy paddock with views over the fields towards the sea. Each hut has ensuite facilities, simple cooking facilities (Rowan & Hawthorn) The Cedar has a full size oven, microwave and 2 ring electric hob. In all of the units, all bedding, towels and bath mats are provided, plus kitchen roll & loo roll, dish soap, shower gel and hand soap. New for the Rowan & Hawthorn Shepherds Huts as well as the heated towel rails are electric wall heaters as well as their log burners, you can choose between the two. All huts have outside seating and a fire pit, some logs are provided, if you require more, you can purchase from us. There is free superfast broadband in all areas of our site - both Shepherds huts have a Smart TV, you can stream all your favourites, the Tiny Houses have 2 Smart TV's each, watch your favourites whilst lying in bed! The caravan site is a small site for 5 caravans which has been established for 21 years and is situated 100m from the cottage. Facilities include electric hook up and water and grey water disposal on each pitch. There are numerous countryside and cliff top walks in the immediate area. We are less than 0.5 mls from Coldingham village and 1.5 miles from Coldingham Sands and St Abbs village. The village has bars, restaurants, a butchers, post office and a village shop. We are 10 mins from Eyemouth with more shops including a supermarket, 15 Minutes from historic Berwick-Upon-Tweed (and Berwick train station), 40 minutes from Kelso and 1 hour from Edinburgh. Local lochs and rivers for both coarse and fly fishing. Ideally situated for walkers, cyclists, divers, beachcombers, families and lovers of peace and quiet. Less than 2 miles from the world renowned diving grounds of St Abbs and the National Trust Nature Reserve at St Abbs Head.

Our Story

Welcome to our page for our Self Catering Holiday Cottage, Luxury Shepherds Hut and Caravan Club Certified Location. Templehall Cottage is a beautifully modernised and cosy cottage situated on the beautiful Berwickshire coast with panoramic views over the sea at Coldingham Bay with large garden and private parking. The caravan site is a small site for 5 caravans which has been established for 16 years and is situated 100m from the cottage. Facilities include electric hook up and waste disposal.

Our newest addition in October 2018 is the first of our Luxury Shepherds Huts. The Rowan Hut is a luxury self contained accommodation with a difference. There are numerous countryside and cliff top walks in the immediate area. We are less than 0.5 mls from Coldingham village and 1.5 miles from Coldingham Sands and St Abbs village. The village has bars, restaurants, a butchers, post office and a village shop.
