If your thinking about improving your overall fitness, loosing weight, increasing strength and cardiovascular fitness and being a better you then why not come along and give us a go.

We are a military circuit/boot camp style fitness class. We are very friendly group of mixed ages and abilities all enjoying our own fitness journey. No matter your fitness standard, from complete beginner to advanced we can help you.

We base our sessions around strength training, muscular endurance, cardiovascular work and core work and we have a wide variety of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals.

* No join up fee
* No monthly payment plan
* Only £6 per class pay as you go
* £15 for all 3 classes per week

Classes run from Great Ryburgh Memorial hall.

Tuesday: 6pm - 7pm
Thursday: 6pm - 7pm
Sunday: 0930 - 1030

As you all know I hate going this but unfortunately due to rising costs we will be increasing our prices by approx £5 per dog as of January 2025. I hope you will all understand and we thank you for your continued support.

Medium £40 - Spaniel/poodle cross
Large £45 - Collie/retriever

Here’s one for all you Doggie parents, along with FTC & Forces fitness we are hosting a Halloween party on Friday 01st Nov in Great Ryburgh village hall. We have an awesome DJ playing plenty of party tunes 💃🏼🕺🏼
Bring your own booze 🥂🍺🍷
Only £5 per ticket and children are free.
