I have stayed at a few holiday lets now and only review the ones that i have positive things to say ! I go alot on how a place makes you feel & This little gem didnt have fancys furnishings but was clean and had a such a lovely lovely atmosphere & the view was 10/10 i wish i could upload a video of the sunrise i watched from the living room one morning it was breath taking ! There was everything you needed and the place was a fabulous location ,i think & heard that falmouth is very up & coming with eateries / indi dog / hooked on the rocks and so many more 10/10 food and we are foodies , thankyou so much we will miss this little place and waking up to that gorgeous view everyday ! 'Lovely apartment with a beautiful view the check in was easy and quick easy parking in reserved space opposite which was very secure the apartment was warm and cosy and although we didnt use the kitchen it looked very well stocked the bed was comfortable and water was hot the apartment was situated perfectly at top of high street restaurants and pubs easily walking distance within 5 to 7 mins i will definitely use the apartment if visiting falmouth again'

'Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment is plenty big enough and is perfectly laid out. The view form the balcony is fantastic. Its a 2 minute walk into town. Car parked in the secure carpark, that alone saved us over £100 in parking fees. One of the best holidays we have ever had! already booked to return again next year!'

'Even during this scary and difficult time, you can still find kindness and hope in people ❤️ I would like to say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to gulls way for giving me a beautiful place to stay when I first joined the NHS frontline. Thankfully, it has now been deemed safe enough for me to return to my family and be back home 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. I will never forget the generosity and warmth I was shown and this is a true reminder that this can be a beautiful world to live in 🥰 I can't recommend gulls way enough, a truly wonderful place to stay! 🌈👩‍⚕️'

This week, we say goodbye to the lovely student nurse who has been staying with us for free during this Covid 19 pandemic, whilst working at Treliske hospital, its now safe for her to return home to her family.

Thankyou Chloe, its been our pleasure to help the NHS if only in a small way.

We are planning on opening our door to guests again as per the government guidelines on July 4th.

And we have some availability due to lots of cancellations.

Delighted to be welcoming our first NHS frontline staff member staying at Gulls Way. Having vulnerable family members means NHS staff and key workers can't go home, we felt it's the least we could do to help our amazing NHS. Stay home and stay safe.

For all the NHS staff, for our neighbours and all the elderly and at risk residents of cornwall, We have taken the decision to not accept any guests for April and May.

I would like to thank all our guests who have already taken the responsible decision not to travel. When this is over we will welcome you all back with open arms.

'Small but well proportioned property with stunning views over Falmouth harbour. Dedicated secure parking is a great bonus so close to Falmouth centre. Loads of restaurants within a short walk but you probably won’t find anything better than the pub next door which has excellent food and a great location'

'A fabulous place that is in the middle of everything on one side of the location but at the same time a world away from everything on the other side. The views were amazing and we enjoyed a week in this wonderful apartment. Waking up with a view of the boats floating in the estuary through the portal from the bed made it a very special place to stay.'

“The location is fantastic right on the high street and the view from the apartment is such a treat, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing view over the harbour and Falmouth is a gorgeous town full of love Mosul and fantastic places to eat and independent shops. The apartment is in such a fantastic location we are already missing the amazing view and Falmouth it’s a great area.”
