This attractive Victorian three-storey house with fabulous sea views was built around 1890, replacing a former boat-building yard. The property has a large back garden with comfortable seating and is pet friendly. There is a large balcony with captivating panoramic views over beautiful Filey Bay.

Featuring two lounges, a rear garden and large front balcony, the house is perfectly placed for enjoying the coast, local amenities, and nearby attractions. Head to the beach (just over 150 metres away) to explore the rock pools and build sandcastles. Take the kids to make new friends at the bird and animal park, let off steam on the play park there and have a picnic (1 mile). Walk all the way to Scarborough (9 miles) on the Cleveland Way coastal path or drive there (7.5 miles). Go birdwatching at RSPB Bempton Cliffs (10 miles); kids will love the slides and pool at Bridlington leisure centre (11.5 miles).
