Serenity Holidays is an independent, privately owned tour operator which was established in 1987 by husband and wife team Stephen and Sandra Wilde. Still owned by the couple, the company maintains its original principles of providing specialist holidays with a superior service but at affordable prices. Serenity Holidays trade under a handful of specialist brands, each managed and staffed by teams

of specialists. The founding trade name, The Gambia Experience, remains the largest and most well known of all the brands, however sister company The Cape Verde Experience launched in 2006, and has proved popular with the press, travel agents and travelling public. Sales exceeded expectations in the first year and remain strong. Launched in May 2008, The Senegal Experience has an expanding range of quality properties and offers further opportunities for enjoying the best of what West Africa has to offer. The remaining brands all specialise in holidays to Europe: Corsican Places offers the widest range of holidays to the beautiful Mediterranean island and is fast becoming the predominant operator on the island; and Sardinian Places has a wide range of properties all well placed to explore this quintessential island at the heart of the Med. Great Escapes is a specialist in short breaks, and Allez France provides 3000 cottages and gites across the country.

🚨 Important Update: Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we are dealing with our system issues.

We have been working hard to investigate and resolve the current system outage; while implementing workarounds so we continue to deliver normal services to our usual high standards. We have made significant progress and in the interests of transparency, we wanted to let you know about the latest developments.

Our investigation, alongside external specialists, has established that we experienced an IT incident involving temporary unauthorised access to a part of our network. We will continue to keep you informed of our progress and we have notified all the relevant authorities and are liaising closely with them.

We want to reassure you that from the moment the incident was detected, our team took swift and decisive action to protect the integrity of our systems.

Our priority throughout has been our customers and we would like to reassure you that our holidays and flights remain unaffected and are operating as usual.

We will endeavour to keep you updated on our progress and any developments related to this incident through our temporary website page as well as our brand's page.

WELCOME BACK!

We kicked off the winter season in spectacular fashion, welcoming our first guests on Friday, October 11th! The moment they stepped off the Enter Air flight into Banjul, they were greeted with a vibrant cultural celebration led by the Jola Cultural Group. Notable guests and our incredible staff at Banjul Airport joined in the festivities, creating an unforgettable experience full of joyful reunions, dancing, and smiles all around. We're beyond thrilled that our Winter season has begun with such an explosion of culture, excitement, and happiness!
