We have a beautiful luxury holiday home available for hire. Located on the stunning North Yorkshire coast as well as near the stunning North Yorkshire Moors.
Take a walk to Filey via the beach access from Primrose valley depending on tide times. We currently have dates filling up, please book now to avoid disappointment.

We are within walking distances from both lakeside and the main complex, and have enough parking for at least 2 cars.

The holiday home consists of a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror/vanity area, over head storage & en-suite toilet.

There are 2 further twin bedrooms with single beds and storage closets & tv.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower cubical, storage & toilet.

The main living space is open plan and has plenty of space for larger families with 2 separate sofas. The kitchen features a large integrated fridge freezer, slow cooker and tassimo machine.

The main living space has a 43” TV with Sky TV/Netflix, XBox 360 with 1 controller with some games and french doors which leads on to decking.

WIFI is provided free of charge
