Location: This apartment is located on the Oyster Way area at The Bay. Oyster Way is a lovely area around a 3 minute walk to the site facilities and a 4 minute walk to the beach path. The ground floor apartment does have communal parking at the front of the building.
Outside Area: The apartment has a patio area off from the bedroom which has a rattan table and two chairs.
Living Area: The apartment has a lovely, open-plan living area. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa (turns into a sofa bed), side tables and 42’ smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier and an undercounter fridge. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The apartment has 1 Double Bedroom, sleeping 4 guests with the double sofa bed in total. The master bedroom has its own smart tv. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The apartment has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom. For your convenience we supply a full size cloths airer and hairdryer.
Heating: The apartment is fully central heated throughout.
Arrival & Departure: Check In for the apartment is from 5pm on your arrival date. On the apartment we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our main changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. We may be able to cater for alternative arrival and departure days, please ask.
