“Twenty Two Sea” (Plot 22c) is a fantastic, dog friendly, 2 bedroomed property on “The Bay” holiday village close to the seaside town of Filey. The property sleeps up to 6 people, 1 king room and a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (only suitable for children) and a double bed. Both bedrooms have bi-fold doors that open out onto the south facing balcony that runs the full length of the property. Also ups

tairs is the family bathroom which includes a double ended bath with rainfall shower. Downstairs is open plan with two sets of bi-fold doors which open out onto the patio from both the lounge and kitchen area. The dining table seats 5 and the well equipped fitted kitchen has an oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer dryer. The lounge has two sofas to seat 5 people, Smart TV, a range of board games and a log burning stove! Outside the property is the patio area with furniture, brick BBQ and hot/cold taps with shower attachment for washing sandy feet and paws when you get back from the beach. The holiday village has direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach which as well as being ideal for families to enjoy, is dog friendly all year round. Also on site is the John Paul Jones Pub (dog friendly), The Bayside Kitchen Cafe, a Convenience Store, Chemist and an Indoor Swimming Pool with sauna, steam room & gym. Other facilities on site (charges apply) include tennis, rifle shooting, archery, crazy karts, fencing, sea scooters, aqua gliders, water walkers, aqua fit and putting course.
