We love the autumn and winter months in Filey……….. brisk walks along the amazing beach, followed by a cosy chill in front of the log burner? Maybe watch that film you’ve been wanting to see for ages on the smart TV or simply relax with a good old book? Perhaps enjoy dinner out at one the great restaurants in the area to end the evening or stay in and make the most of the fully-fitted kitchen with a delicious home-made meal and bottle of wine. Sounds bliss?

Loving our properties and all our guests and followers as we do, we thought we would reach out to you all.

After 5 great years, we are possibly thinking of selling one or both of our amazing holiday homes. This is to allow us to realise an ambition of ours of potentially buying overseas, in readiness for a hopefully slower pace of life.

Before we potentially instruct agents etc, we thought why not ask our amazing guests if they have any interest in buying one or both of the properties. If both were to be purchased, the buyer could effectively take over Coopers Coastal Cottages as a going concern. Properties would be sold fully furnished, including all of our special sausage dog touches.

Please note that this is just to gauge initial interest and that holidays booked are in no way affected and bookings will continue to be taken.
