Lilipad Cottage is our holiday home and is situated on the exclusive holiday village “The Bay”, close to the quaint Victorian seaside town of Filey. It is a lovely modern cottage that has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. It offers perfect pet free accommodation to couples and families for a coastal holiday. The property sleeps up to 4 people, one double and one twin room

. The spacious entrance hall, with downstairs cloakroom leads into an L - shaped lounge/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped, comprising electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge freezer and microwave oven. The lounge area has 2 leather setee’s, coffee table, cupboard with games, books and a wall mounted Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Free high speed WiFi for our guests. Upstairs comprises master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, Smart TV with Freeview, twin room with TV and modern bathroom with walk in shower and heated towel rail. The village has a pub, café & pharmacy on site. There is also a leisure complex. Guests have unlimited free access to the amusement arcade, swimming pool with small baby pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Additional activities such as tennis, archery and seasonal activities are available at extra cost. There is direct access to the beautiful 6 mile sandy beach between Filey and Bempton Cliffs.
