⚠️Weather Warning ⚠️

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind that will affect large parts of the Yorkshire coast, during today.

Until 9pm this evening, Storm Éowyn is expected to bring very strong winds and disruption.

We advise to only travel to park if your visit is necessary. If you are planning on visiting park today, take great care, and stay safe.

As always the team will be making regular patrols around park, throughout the day. And we will keep you fully up to date, if needed!

⭐️ Meet The Team ⭐️

Hi I’m Stacie, Your new entertainment Team Manager here at Primrose Valley.
This will be my 6th season with Haven which started around the corner at Blue Dolphin during my time there I done various roles that lead to me heading up to Berwick Upon Tweed for 2 seasons to be the Entertainment Team Manager there.
I am super excited for this season, and cannot wait to show you what we have to install for 2025.
I would love to meet many of you, so don’t be afraid to say hello when you see me around in the venues or around park, and I’ll be sure to visit The Coble to see you all there to.

***PARK UPDATE***

Hello,

Please be aware we are currently experiencing icy conditions across the park.

We also have works carried out across the park to upgrade the electrical system which has resulted in extensive trenching

Please take care if you are on park, if you need any assistance please get in touch on 01723 516641.

As a reminder you can visit between the hours of 9am - 4pm

⭐ Don't Forget ⭐

It's the last night of the season, but have no fear only 57 sleeps til you can come and enjoy your Holiday Home for another season.

There are still spaces to book a Drain Down if you wish through your Owners' Hub Don't forget to turn of your Stopc**ks off when leaving your holiday home and let the water run through the taps to avoid any frozen pipes causing damage.
We also advise to drop your shower head and make sure your shower doors are closed.

Reception is open between 9am - 4pm so pop in and say bye before you head off.

After 13 Seasons in Entertainment and 4 being here at Primrose Valley, Christy has decided to step away from the world of Entertainment. He’s not heading far though as you’ll be able to find him in Reception as he joins the Caravan Sales Team for 2025. I’m sure you’ll agree we will all miss his Ibiza style discos and getting you all jumping around in happiest tables.
Christy will be doing a final late night disco on Thursday 2nd Jan to bring his season to a close so if your about pop in and say hi.

Your wristbands will be available to collect today from 2pm.
Please make sure the owner of the account is picking up the wristbands.

Please Note: All ticket holders must show their Owners/ Friends and Family Card along with their Wristband to gain entry.

Please be aware you can only attend one venue either in The Showbar or The Coble, you will be denied entry should you attempt to gain entry to both. This is to ensure as many owners as possible can attend.

🎄 If you are planning on coming during the Christmas & New Year period we advise for you to turn your stop c**k off when you are not at your Holiday Home
🥶 In periods of extremely cold frost, your pipes will freeze and they will only defrost when it warms up. No need to call reception if you have frozen pipes, as much as we would like too, the team cant do anything until it thaws.
