At 96 pounds, Houchins Pea Cat came to pec wave off 2024! Pea took a livebait on the bottom on catpro components in the very last seconds of the trip - awesome result,

Vinny Russell isn’t one of those who puts the cat rods away in the winter - instead he shows that they are still catchable for those brave enough to get out on the bank!

This one went 53lb and was landed on a 24hr session and was the only take of the trip, caught on a livebait roach, 6/0 circle hook, hooligan braided hooklink and was fished bang on the bottom!

Well done Vinny - now for a January fish ❤️

Well that’s the last of the open days wrapped up for this season This final one being at shatterford fishery an awesome venue very well run by Tom who has big plans for the future The cats weren’t playing so consultants Simon and Brad made do chasing big perch!
