Unless you are specifically advised by myself or the owner of your chosen caravan of a different time this must be adhered to. Our cleaners are under enough pressure to get the caravans ready without having to negotiate around guests that have checked in early. This time is clearly stated in the booking confirmation email and also on the booking form. If you choose to arrive on park earlier than your registered slot with Haven then you must use the park facilities until 4pm.

Please ensure you have checked out of the caravan and returned the key to the đđČđđđźđłđČ by 10am. You are also responsible for leaving the accommodation clean & tidy with all rubbish removed to the refuse areas on site. Please refer to the T&Cs for any queries on this.

When you book your break and have paid your deposit you will receive your booking confirmation by đđșđźđ¶đč. In most cases this will be immediately upon confirmation of the deposit being received but in some circumstances this could take a little longer depending on several factors eg Iâm at work(I also have a full time job), I may be dealing with personal issues or I may be busy.
