We had so many dissapointed people who have been unable to book with us this year so we have decided to open the diary for 2025. We will be letting our beautiful holiday home out between the dates of 18th July until 31st August next year. If you would like to reserve either a weekend or a Mon/Fri break please let me know ASAP and I will reserve it for you. Im not taking deposits just yet but will be in touch at the beginning of January

That’s right kids, we’re hosting our Oktoberfest again! So whip those diaries out and cancel all other plans.

This year we’re going big on the bier, with a grand selection of guest cask on our inside bar and a dedicated Festbier bar outside.

We’ve got a cracking line-up of free live entertainment starting Friday evening, nestled under the marquee in the garden.

Saturday is set to be a fun filled day for all the family, with a bouncy castle and free entertainment all day.

Sunday, we’ll be serving up our famous Roasts 12.30-4.30, with booking strongly advised!

Polite Notice

Friday 11th August between 2pm from Cark Airfield,

We just want to say big thanks to Jamie Latham for the use of your land it is greatly appreciated by all.

We have our final bay ride of 2023, starting at 2pm if anyone would like to watch them set off you can do safely just after the cattle grid at 2pm where about 40 horses will be heading out onto the bay.

To any drivers who we meet on the way please DO NOT overtake our group we will have young children , just be patient it won't take long for us to pass.

Michael will be at the front leading the group on his tractor and Wayne & Troughty will be at the rear of the group on his tractor, please be patient.

Joanne will be on a quad and will be going ahead of the group to stop the traffic.

Once we are off the Sand at Sandgate all horses will move as one group through the village of Flookburgh, again PLEASE DO NOT OVERTAKE US, we need to stay as one group for everyone's safety and there are young children in our group.

Channel 5 AirTV will also be with us so wave to the camera!

It is a fantastic experience for riders, horses and spectators please support us in making it a safe ride through the village.

The time be between 3.45pm - 4.15pm

We will go Live on our Facebook when we are at Sandgate this will be roughly 15 minutes until we reach the Square in Flookburgh.
