Sandy Balls Holiday Village opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has been part of the Away Resorts family since 2017. Nestled in the New Forest, our village is simply stunning, with towering trees, enchanting woodland, sweeping views and abundant nature forming part of the everyday magic of our popular leafy retreat!

Since acquiring Sandy Balls, Away Resorts has invested greatly in the village to improve our holidaymakers experience. We have introduced fabulous refurbishments, new accommodation, a range of activities and exciting facilities. Our exclusive Knightwood, Heartwood and Zen lodges ooze luxury and make the perfect home base for your trip away. Within our amazing village, guests can splash about in the indoor or outdoor pool, visit the buzzing arcade, relax at our spa retreat, work up a sweat in the BRAND NEW gym and let the kids run wild in the new adventure playgrounds and soft play area! With the addition of our beautiful Aubrey’s Forest Kitchen, alongside the cosy Woodside Inn (refurbished for 2020), we have a fabulous range of delicious and varied dining options available to refuel the family after a busy day of fun!
