Yesterday was a huge day for us at Cruise Loch Linnhe as we took delivery of our new addition the DUNARA.

Dunara will be berthed at the new marina at Corpach for the next few weeks while we undertake some improvements and preperations before she starts working along side ELSIE. 🥳

Cosy and comfortable accommodation for friends, couples or families who just want a short break away in the highlands. So much to see snd do around Fort William. Still some availability- but not much- for the summer ahead. All with en suite shower rooms and kitchen facilities.

Great information I found on VisitScotland website a while ago. Ben Nevis is a fantastic challenge and achievement and great fun in a group. Go at your own pace. It’s got to be enjoyable. 👍. Glenlochy Apartments and Fort William Studios offer comfy beds and warm showers for a relaxing finish. 🛌 😴

Lovely walk round the Cowhill Circuit in a Fort William today. Start from the Braveheart Carpark in Glen Nevis just round the corner from the flats 🙂

Flat 1A

Last week I posted a video of our fab Studio 3A but if there are 4 of you, or you are staying a good few days, you may prefer the space and comfort of Flat 1A for relaxing in the evenings. So we are just back from a couple of days up in Fort William preparing for the return of the masses to the highlands. We still have some availability for Spring and Summer ☀️. Have a look around Studio 3A, sleeps 3, with all the facilities you require. Dog friendly too 🐶👍😊. More rooms to follow...

If you fancy a hill but not a Munro or Ben Nevis, then head up Cowhill not far from the apartments. Amazing views of the surrounding area. Thanks Linda 👍. You need to keep visiting local spots and take more photos for me 😂.

With all the rain recently it’s well worth a walk to the fantastic Steall Falls in Glen Nevis. Scotland’s highest waterfall with a drop of 120m as seen on Countryfile in May 2019. A rocky but suitable walk for all levels just a short drive from the apartments. Public transport runs part of the way throughout the summer months.

What a fabulous weekend in Fort William enjoying the mountain biking World Cup. Our story

All apartments are available nightly or weekly on a self-catering basis.

The apartments are 1A, 2A and 3A North Road Fort William.

Our trio of comfortable self-catering apartments are located on the banks of the River Nevis, close to Ben Nevis.

Ideally located for access to The West Highland Way, Jacobite Train and all the attractions offered in Lochaber – the outdoor capital of the UK.

Only a 10-minute walk from the bustling town centre of Fort William and the railway station.

All apartments have everything required for your short stay including washing machine, cooker, microwave, Free Wi-Fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included, as are kitchen and bathroom basics.

On your door step there is a Spar (300m) and new M&S (800m) from apartments.

If you don't fancy cooking your own breakfast, the Ben Nevis Woollen Mill is only a stone's throw away from your door where the restaurant offers a good value cooked breakfast.

For a great meal and atmosphere in the evening. often with live entertainment, head along to the Ben Nevis Inn just a mile and a half away at the start of the path to the Ben.

Many of our guests stay at Glenlochy Apartments to take part in the various challenges that Fort William has to offer:

· Climbing Ben Nevis,

· Walking the West Highland Way,

· The Caledonian Challenge,

· The Three Peaks Challenge.

You may just want a base to relax with your family and explore the Highlands. Hop on the Jacobite Steam Train to Mallaig which featured in the Harry Potter films.

Glenlochy Apartments is a small family run business. The new owners, the Hamilton family, took ownership of the apartments at the end of May 2016.

The previous owners successfully ran the business for many years and we hope to continue providing ideal accommodation for your visit to the Highlands.
