At the Pennan Christmas Fayre, there will be a raffle with hand crafted items by each artist. Proceeds from the raffle will go towards the upkeep of the Pennan Harbour.

Are you getting excited? There are only 5 more sleeps before the first annual Pennan Christmas Fayre! The artisans are busy putting the final touches to their handmade pieces and artwork. There will be a raffle supporting the Pennan Harbour. And we are also delighted that Coastal Cuppie will be able to join us on Sunday with her delicious cakes, coffees, and teas (Image is from our Summer Artisan Fayre). I can't believe it is only 2 weeks until the Pennan Christmas Fayre! I am making yarn bowls, salt pigs, lidded pots, tea light holders, Christmas mugs, and lots of Christmas baubles. I will post photos of completed pieces once they come out of the kiln.

Looking forward to participating in another fantastic event at the Pennan Hall. I will be sure to have plenty of Christmas Baubles and pottery for sale.

It’s that time of year and we are starting to think about Christmas!! 🎄

This year we will be holding our first Xmas Fayre on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November!

Come down to the hall and browse the lovely stalls from our local artisans, find a unique gift for someone special!

Coastal Cuppie will be in the hall with coffee and cake too!

Venue 191 - Millshore Pottery by Lynn Pitt

I specialize in hand thrown stoneware pottery. I mainly make domestic wares such as mugs, jugs, etc., but love throwing large bowls and decorative pieces. I primarily use crystalline glazes, but also enjoy experimenting with other clays and reactive glazes. The pottery is located in the 18th century stone byre by the white cottage.
