Walton’s Coaches will again be supporting a charity very close to our hearts this festive season. St Catherines Hospice will be holding the Light up a Life memorial event on the 1st and 2nd December. Lights will be switched on and glow brightly around the hospice grounds throughout the festive season, in recognition of the lasting impact of those we have lost.
It’s an event for the whole community, not just those cared for by the hospice.
At 5.30pm on both nights, after a short service and a carol from the choir, the poignant lights will illuminate the gardens of St Catherine’s Park, each one shining brightly as a tribute to those we love and miss.
The popular event is sure to attract more visitors than there is space to park at the hospice, so we’ve teamed up with B&Q at Bamber Bridge to help. B&Q’s carpark will act as extra event parking while a Walton’s bus will carry supporters to and from the hospice approximately every 15 minutes. The service will start at 5pm till 6:15pm before then returning visitors back to their cars from 7:15pm to 8:15pm.

Shuttle bus going from B&Q to St Catherines Hospice every 15 minutes between the hours of 5pm to 6:15pm and taking people back every 15 minutes from 7:15pm to 8:15pm.

Saturday 9th November - Trafford Centre day trip, £20pp - collection from the local areas, executive coach. A fun filled day to be had, abundance of shops and eateries, whats not to love. If your looking for Christmas Presents or just a good meander round all the fabulous shops, this is most certainly the trip for you.

Abba Voyage - for anyone thinking of joining us on this trip, Sunday 11th May, dont delay, we only have 21 tickets left - just £237 per person sharing a twin or double room - staying at Ibis, Stratford in London - this includes collection from the local area, luxury coach travel down to London and ticket admission.
I can confirm this show is absolutely amazing, I went on Saturday evening and was totally blown away with just how fabulous it is. This was 20 years in the making and since opening the doors in May 2022 it continues to be sell out performances. The lighting, the music, everything about the whole experience was incredible, The arena holds 3,000 people and all seats have fantastic views.
1974 since they won the eurovision song contest with Waterloo and still has everyone rocking.

Wednesday 27th November - 10.30am performance - pantomime lasts 75 minutes, no interval. After the Pantomime we are going to The Bedford Hotel, St Annes for 2 course Christmas lunch. £49 per person, includes executive coach travel from local pick up and drop off, pantomime tickets and lunch.
