I had the opportunity to do a site visit yesterday to the stunning Sandy Lane hotel. Wow ! What a stunning place with only 114 rooms which the majority of are sea views. It had the most amazing spa and whilst Barbados is classed as being within the hurricane belt it’s so far south it’s rarely impacted by adverse weather. So we arrived in Barbados yesterday and arrived at this magnificent villa called Villa Alila. It’s on the Sandy Lane estate in St James and comes with a housekeeper, chef and laundress so we basically will not be lifting a finger! I feel like this is how millionaires live on a daily basis 😂 its 4 bed and 4 bath and ideal for either 2 families with kids or 4 couples. So far so good and already wondering how much is it to hire a chef when we get home 👩🍳
