Hi, we are Sophie and Steven, the owners of Longley’s Retreat. We would love to welcome you to our Lodge Park, an adult only, pet free retreat with luxury lodges with 6 seater hot tubs too!
♦️We opened our first Lodge in December 2021, and have since opened 3 more over the years! Now having a total of 4 open! We have loved welcoming the many groups that have come through our gates and there are some we would now call friends. We have created some special experiences by decorating the lodges for on arrival for special celebrations such as proposals, anniversaries, birthdays & much more!
♦️The site is solely run by Steve & I, and everything is done in house to ensure everything is to a high standard!
♦️Here is what to expect from a stay at Longley’s Retreat...
♦️Longley’s Retreat sits on a 4-acre area including an acre fully stocked fishing lake, which is free to fish throughout your stay (T&Cs apply)
♦️You’ll arrive through our fob activated barrier entrance, where Steve or Sophie will meet you and direct you to your lodge. All of our lodges have allocated car parking for 2 cars next to the lodge and have their own 6 seater luxury hottub!
♦️There is a communal fire pit area on site where logs are fully stocked for all guests to use.
There is also a communal outdoor seating area as well as various seating areas around the lake. All the lodges have their own private seating areas also.
♦️For exclusivity there are 3 lodges that sleep a maximum of 6 people and 1 lodge that sleeps 2 which are well-spaced apart.
♦️The lodges are insulated and also have double glazed windows and patio doors letting the outside in.
♦️Enjoy the view of the lake and listen to the wildlife from your private raised sun facing decking area. Listen out for the owls at night and keep a close eye out for the green woodpeckers that have made Longley’s Retreat it’s home!
♦️If you are lucky, you might even catch the deers passing through near the lake too!
♦️Each lodge has its own private hot tub, private raised decking area, open plan well-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a dining/living area, & bathroom/toilet facilities.
♦️Enjoy being close to nature but with all the comforts & luxuries of being in your own home. Everything is provided for your enjoyment and convenience. Just bring clothing, food and drink! ♦️We look forward to welcoming you all! And welcome any questions!
