You go to a fancy place in a big city and they serve you west coast langoustines which have travelled hundreds of miles & many days to reach your plate. They cost so much you have to sell your liver to pay for them.

Or you come here, where you eat west coast langoustines who were, that very morning, happily playing in the sea and have travelled a few miles in the fisherperson's pickup. You also pay a very fair price for your spectacularly lovely meal.

What I'm saying is come here, eat local, enjoy the food, the scenery and the welcome of lovely people...
