Welcome 🧧 Chinese New Year. Popped up to see foodie friends on the fell. Paul brought the noodle broth. Jo & George baked up delicious caraway bread & biscuits. Best wishes & good health for the year of the wood snake 🐍 (we had 🦐 instead).

Through our food, we all find each other. From Borough Market to Greenwich Market. From Covent Garden to Wanstead Flats. I so love our capital & our country 🥰.

Royal Ballet And Opera for lunch. Stunning spot above Covent Garden and pitch perfect plates.

Incredible value £24 for 2 courses & £36 for 3 courses. Dine on the piazza terrace - my new top tip for London Town. Lovely front of house team too - thank you 😊. You can also take a back of house tour of the Opera House for £20 & possibly catch rehearsals along the way.

Foodies are just the happiest folks. Pretty much wall to wall rain today - totally unfazed these food lovers from Lancashire & Adelaide 🇦🇺.

Todays full day tour included some spectacular food: local venison ragu by a roaring 16th century fireplace, bear claw patisseries in the bakery, tasting Simon Rogan coal oil (by the wood burning stove), hot teas & fresh parsnip & apple cake at the Castle.

Plus the best Cumbrian & Lancashire cheeses. we know all the cosy spots, the warmest welcomes & the artisan delights. All seasons foodie adventures 2025 are ready 🙌😁.

After a couple of weeks off it was so lovely to get back to my food tours today.

With a 70th birthday surprise for Paul. We had cakes & candles, gin & cheeses, the very best of British country inns, craft beers & of course ice cream. Because we all love a party & being with family & friends.

We even had some early Burns night treats at the local smokehouse - haggis bon bons & Cullen skink.

Great fun with great foodies - best back to work day ever 🥰.
