Sealoch House is the perfect base for exploring the magnificent Wester Ross region and has been developed to pamper you with many large windows,a woodburner, a freestanding bath overlooking the loch, modern kitchen with quality fittings, 3 bedrooms each having luxury ensuite facilities, a grass roof, natural timber cladding and all the modern conveniences needed to allow visitors to really immerse themselves in this wonderful location.The single storey construction provides easy access for all users. The delightful village of Ullapool, with its shops, bars, restaurants, many other amenities and altogether highland atmosphere, is only approx 15-20 minutes drive away.

After 9 years faithful service it was time to replace the old leather sofas with new stylish items to let our lovely guests relax in comfort taking in the fantastic views, watch tv or sit and listen to the vinyl record collection.

If you ever wondered why we built Sealoch House using a bespoke modular construction method then I suggest you catch up last nights (8th Sept) edition of Grand Designs. Modern the designers/builders that worked with us on Sealoch House were featured building a similar building for a couple in Kent. Very interesting and Kevin loved the concept. The 8 years have passed very quickly.

Yes you can get to all of these beaches from the wonderful contemporary Sealoch House and Waterfell by Ullapool. Why not avoid the airport queues and drive up and stay. Due to ill health cancellations we have Sept 17th-24th available at Sealoch House (3 double ensuite bedrooms) www.sealochhouse.co.uk and July 30th-6th Aug at Waterfell (one superking double bedroom with ensuite) www.waterfell.co.uk. We will even give you £100 towards your fuel if you state FUEL on your enquiry. Websites give all the details you need.

If you have not yet been to Ullapool and the NW Highlands, perhaps this will show you what you have been missing. Whilst Sealoch is heavily booked, we still have availability at Waterfell our lovely one bedroom cabin.

Scotland is one of my favorite places on the planet. I’ve visited the country countless times, and like Depeche Mode in the 90s, I just can’t get enough. One of the best things about the nation is how sparsely populated...
