Maybe one of the most luxurious & cleanest holiday cottages you will stay in. The cottage and outhouse is professionally viral fogged after each guest departs and is deep cleaned, all linen changed including mattress and pillow protectors, etc.

Luxury Self Catering Accommodation

The But and Ben was originally a stable for the working horses who serviced Scott's Timber Mill. The only reminders of the stable is a tethering ring on the back wall and a horse shoe we found while refurbishing the patio. It had been converted to a domestic residence a number of years ago and has been extensively refurbished to provide a unique and luxurious base from where you can explore our wonderful village and surrounding areas.

We are situated in a quiet, private area behind Scott's Mill, at the top of Ann Street. Private parking is available and you also have your own sheltered garden with patio & furniture to relax in.

The cottage sleeps 2 and we supply a lot of extras such as Alexa, fast broadband, dressing gowns, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dishwasher tablets etc etc. Just bring your toothbrush/toothpaste, clothes and food.

Included in the tariff is full oil central heating & electricity.
