Knightswood Toddlers A community run playgroup on Wednesdays and Fridays 09:30-11:30 at Knightswood Congregational Church Opening Times:

Knightswood Toddler Group is a community playgroup run by volunteers. We provide a safe and friendly place for babies, toddlers and their carers to meet and play. Below is some basic information about this group and how it operates:

Location:
Knightswood Congregational Church, please use Killoch Drive entrance (through the double gates) and press the intercom for Memorial hall. Holidays:
Unless

otherwise notified we will be closed during the West Glasgow School Holidays. Fees:
A daily fee of £1.50 per child is payable, discounts are given for subsequent children and there is no charge for under 1's. Refreshments:
Tea/Coffee and Biscuits are provided for adults at a charge of 50p. Milk,toast,fruit and snacks are provided for the children as part of their entry fee. Activities:
Every day a wide selection of toys including bikes, cars, scooters, slides, dolls, prams etc are brought out for the children to play with. When there is interest we have arts & crafts workshops, song time, story time, healthy eating workshops etc. If you attend and you feel that the facilities or toys that your child would benefit from are not available please let us know as we only bring out a selection of toys so it may be that we have what you are looking for or are able to get it. Parties:
In addition to our normal sessions we have various parties throughout the year such as a Halloween and Christmas Party. Assistance:
As we are a community group everybody "chips in" to help to set up the hall, make snacks, wash dishes, clear up etc. We are also always looking for someone to lead story time or song time so feel free to volunteer. If you have any questions please contact us by DM.

Morning everyone. Just a remote are open today and the ball is nice and toastie.

Hall update….

On arrival at hall there is no heating on and hall is too cold to run playgroup. Therefore no playgroup today . Thermostat on has warning not working. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. All going well we should be back to normal on Friday. Please monitor FB page for updates.

In line with Glasgow City Council, Playgroup will be closed due to pending Red Weather warning. Stay indoors folks and stay safe. Back to normal next Wednesday.

Tomorrow is the first of our Halloween Parties for those who have purchased tickets. Looking forward to seeing all the fab costumes.

For anyone wishing to attend playgroup we will re-open on Friday
1st November.

Can’t believe it’s that time again. End of the school year, must be party time again. 🎉🎉🎉

Playgroup is now closed Until school returns in August.

This Friday and next Wednesday is our pre-booked ticketed party.

Otherwise have a fab summer holiday and look forward to seeing everyone back in August.

What a fab time we have had on our sponsored walks. Looks like we will be getting g out new lar he folding slide soon. Well done everyone to all those who have taken part and helped to raised the funds to allow us to by much loved/missed large slide. Our little stars, so full of joy and excitement.
Never know we may even have a little left over for some other equipment.

Playgroup Update.

We would like to thank everyone for their support over the past year. Last week was our last until January 10th 2024.

Tomorrow the 20th and Friday the 22nd is a closed ticket event, if you haven’t already purchased a ticket to avoid any upset or disappointment we ask you wait and come along in January.
