Curious culinary creations! ๐ dried jelly ears soak in triple sec and vodka, crab apples and hawthorn berries layered with sugar to make a brandy liqueur and guelder rose and crab apple stewed with orange zest and spices on its way to becoming a jelly to go with meat and cheese ๐๐
Can you guess where weโve been wandering today? Hereโs a clue: itโs a less well known Glasgow park.
News today says anything is better for your heart than sitting down - the woods are good for your soul too โบ๏ธ Stay curious! ๐
