We loved all of the images we captured on our digital activations at so much… we created a Social Mosaic from their sponsor .motorsports logo!

Our Social Mosaic is amazing activation that creates a unique piece of artwork, capturing all of the guests at your event and putting them into a branded image which you can keep and display for many years to come.

You can choose to either create a ‘live’ mosaic during the course of your event, with every image captured being instantly printed out and taking a unique place on the board. Alternatively, you can gather all of the images captured during your event and create a digital or physical mosaic board after your event as a special memory!

A busy start to the Summer kicked off with our team spending a month in London, for the duration of BST Hyde Park!

We were thrilled to work alongside our amazing clients at an amazing festival once again this year, using our GlamCam to capture the joy, laughs and dance moves of thousands of festival goers 🎶🎵🎶

Our little grass-filled cabin was queued out of the door, down the ramp and around the corner for hours every day, and we are beyond excited to show you some of the final creations- proving once again why GlamCam is the must-have digital activation for each and every event 🤩

Last month, our Social Jungle team had the pleasure of collaborating with the amazing team at Experience Kissimmee and the Netball Super League, to conceptualise and help deliver an immersive green screen activation at the Netball Super League final, in Birmingham.

Fans simply stood on our green screen flooring and posed under a netball net, creating a fantastic goal-scoring shot. After the image was created, they had the option to share their experience on social media or simply save the image to their device and, of course, all content featured both Experience Kissimmee’s and the Netball Super League’s branding.

That’s not all, though…

After the fans’ experience, we instantly produced custom fridge magnets with their photo on them, giving fans a tangible takeaway from the activation- further amplifying the brand’s reach!

Not only was this a fun and immersive activation, it also delivered on one of the main key objectives, brand awareness- demonstrated by the activation achieving a reach in excess of 14.5k.

With us well into summer (has it even started?) , our new luxe range of furniture has been visiting events and festivals up and down the country .

We have been investing in building and creating interchangeable furniture that transports on trollys making for better transportation in our electric vehicles and providing our clients with furniture that stores more efficiently onsite

Our picnic benches are a great example of these products. With interchangeable tops and seats allowing for you to brand and theme with your event whilst being transportable on trolleys these really have been a game changer for festivals this summer.

Cheers to a weekend of 🥃 and 🎶🎵🎶

Our experiential team had a great time giving visitors of the Arran Whisky Festival the opportunity to transport themselves to an array of different locations within the distillery and visitor centre using our cutting-edge AI Green Screen technology- without the need for a physical green screen!

Our AI background removal is an exciting new feature we launched earlier this year, in which the software detects the users, removes the real backgrounds and swaps in a new background of your choice- all in real-time.

✨FAB TURNS TWO✨

For the launch of .skincare brand-new LED mask, our production team created a fabulous display, if we do say so ourselves!

Starting with the custom backdrop, which featured overlapping polaroid style images from their extensive skincare range- as inclusive and diverse as always. The LED masks were displayed beautifully, each illuminated on a glass mannequin head and placed upon custom vinyl wrapped plinths. At the centre of this was Lockbox, on of our most popular digital products, on which guests had the chance to win prizes throughout the event.

Celebrating HIT Scotland’s 30th Birthday!

Another amazing event that all three of our event brands were proud to be a part of;

🪩 .scotland decorated the room with striking feather table centres and a black and white zig-zag dance floor.

🪩 provided not one, but two amazing digital activations. Our experiential team used the Roamer Photo Booth to circle the event and capture images of the guests. In the foyer, our social jungle team used the GlamCam to capture glamorous, slow-motion videos of the guests- creating lasting memories of their night!

🪩 .pal provided the all-important fundraising aspect of the event through our silent auction software.

“From mobile bars in 2005, to Saudi Arabia in 2024!

Our accounts manager, Vicky, has been with me since our inception when I was running mobile bars in 2005, before BP’s inception in 2007. Back then we probably drank more than we made but fortunately, a near 20 years later, we are still working together and continuing to build BP group to what it is today.

Like any business owner, I often think that we should be further ahead than we are, or that we could be doing better than we are. However, this week taught me to reflect and appreciate that if you had told me we would both be representing our brand on the world stage for one of the worlds biggest brands, I’d have certainly taken that back in 2005!

This week marks the start of a lot more international travel for our experiential brand, whilst back at base in Scotland we have some big developments happening within our sister event brands.

Nearly 20 years of building a business internationally with one of my best mates, for that I am very happy and very grateful!”

We LOVED bringing all three of our event brands together to create an unforgettable night… 🌟 @eventart.scotland created a red carpet entrance for the guests, and provided stunning low level mirror ball table art to light up the room. 🌟 @wearesocialjungle brought along the latest and greatest in robotic technology, the GlamCam, capturing glamorous videos throughout the evening. 🌟 @event.pal provided a silent auction, with iPad’s and QR code’s on each table for guests to access the auction and bid on prizes and donate to the charity. 🫧 LUNO BOOTH 🫧 Situated in the Luno VIP Garden, we had one of our most popular photo booths (The Summit) set-up, so anyone within the VIP section could have their photo taken while they enjoyed the music and dancing! The booth was set up to capture three photos per use, which gave users the ability to have a bit of fun and get creative with various poses. Once all three photos were taken, they were added to a Luno-branded photo template, which they could either send to themselves via text message or email, or get an instant print-out of. 🫧 LUNO PRIZE VAULT 🫧 For the main part of the festival, we ran our Lockbox activation- and how it worked was incredibly simple! QR codes were dotted around the festival which, when scanned, loaded a branded landing page where users input their name and email address. One they had submitted their details, they were sent an email with a unique code, which they were then invited to enter into Lockbox’s digital keyboard.
