APARTMENT 01
The apartment, is located in a quiet and green riverside area in the West South area of the City Centre, at the opposite side of the Riverside Museum, at just a few minutes walking from Glasgow HARBOUR, and Govan Pier, BBC and STV studios, IMAX and the Digital Media Quarter, the Hydro, SECC (Scottish Exibition and Conference Centre), SCIENCE CENTRE, Rangers-Ibrox Stadium. Harmony Studios - Theatre (acting studios) is at a walking distance. University of Glasgow is just at 3 stops by subway (about 5 mins). City centre is at 10 mins by subway too. Festival Park and Elder park and Bellahouston park are at a walking/bus distance.
M8 is at 1 mile and 5,9 miles to Glasgow International Airport.
The flat is surrounded by, shops, library, banks, Govan Cross shopping center (just 1 min walking) where there is a Post Office too. ASDA 24h is at less then 1 mile.
Since the subway and bus station are just at the opposite side of the road, it is very easy to reach any place, both in Glasgow and outside. There is the train station at just one stop by subway, 2 mins. Pre-booked Taxi are cheap in Glasgow.

In the apartment there are available 1 double bedroom and 1 twin, newly decorated and furnished as well as the whole apartment. I could have other guests staying during your visit, however I will make every effort to ensure to everyone a pleasant stay.
There is unlimited access to the kitchen and its facilities, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, storage place, included fridge-freezer and utensils. You have a free use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
The shared areas are the bathroom and toilet, dining and living room.
DOUBLE BEDROOM:
NEW BEDS WITH FIRM ORTHOPAEDIC AND MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS.
This room can host 3 people, adding a folding bed (the folding bed size is cm 80 wide and cm 180/185 long).
The room is furnished with a double bed along with 2 bed side tables, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a 32” led TV that you can use to plug a memory stick in, other than see free view/cable TV and Sky TV and there i an HDMI socket too. The room has a large window looking on the front of the building. Towels are regularly provided throughout your stay and hair dryer, iron and iron board are always available. Digital safety box is available for a free use, with a personal pin code that you will set up. King size duvet. New carpet.
TWIN BEDROOM

The living room is large with a big window and new carpet. The dining area has laminate flooring and there is a big wood table with 6 faux leather chairs. You can use this area, to have your meals.

Fully equipped with everything you might need. You have use of all of the appliances such as the cooker, fridge –freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine etc.
