🌲🌞🍃 When we're not guiding and supporting you, sharing all the benefits of being out in nature on one of our bespoke walk days, we love spending time volunteering for the benefit of our local environment and maintaining enjoyable walking trails in tip-top condition. Yesterday as volunteer Southern Upland Way rangers, we cleared tree-fall and spruced up marker posts and a bothy for the spring-summer walking season.

🌿🤩🌻 The weather for walking was absolutely glorious yesterday, a warming sun with a cooling breeze, and air so fresh and clean, it really does make the heart and soul sing. We'd love you to join us sometime too, so please reach out if you're keen to rejuvenate and rebalance with some Vitamin D and 'Quality Time For Me', we're here to help!

🌞🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🌊 We're back in SW Scotland from our Southern hemisphere adventures and have somehow missed winter completely in the UK this year! It was lovely to go out for a walk back home here in Scotland and relax for a wee while under the sun. Lots of sea foam blowing about and we were serenaded simply by the sounds of the sea and the sighing of the breeze through the gently waving grasses. The water looked gorgeous, but having been used to plunging into a 27 degree sea until recently, 7.4 degrees here is a bit of an adjustment for a dip! The clocks 'spring' forward 1 hour overnight and our walking days are about to get longer and lighter. So come and join us on one of our adventures and rebalance in nature! 🤩🌱🦋

🌞🤩🌿 We're having a lovely time in Queensland on our music tour. But SW Scotland has an amazing coastline too - and the weather is much milder, just perfect for a day out in the fresh air. 🌞🌿🌲Gorgeous morning so we made the most of the winter sun and walked to and from our local beach. Fresh air and exercise, yes please. Happy Hogmanay and welcome to 2024! The shortest day is past and the light is gradually returning! 🙏🤩

It's been a sheer delight also to share the beautiful landscapes that we are now so blessed to call home with our guests, sharing our passion for the great outdoors and helping you to enjoy new adventures, learn new skills and gain confidence.
