Cairngorms National Park. Muckrach is surrounded by some of Scotland’s best scenery which lends itself to some of the best outdoor excursions. From hiking around or skiing down the Cairngorm mountains, swimming at the UK’s highest beach at Loch Morlich, having adventure days at Rothiemurchus, fishing for Salmon in the Spey River, teeing off surrounded by natural beauty, seeing the fairy magic of An Lochan Uaine or the mystery of Loch Ness; you can choose to do it all… or nothing at all. Our lovingly restored Victorian Shooting Lodge features eleven uniquely designed en-suite bedrooms, piano bar, luxury kitchen, library, snug, outdoor terrace, and a hot tub for that special family holiday, catch up with friends or special event. Our newly refurbished Cairngorm Cottage is a true hidden gem. Unassuming from the exterior, it offers luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests along with a hot tub and stunning views. The Glenmore Lodge is a contemporary styled lodge with luxurious furnishings accommodating up to 4 guests in the utmost comfort with underfloor heating throughout. The Speyside Suite offers the perfect base to explore all that the Cairngorms has to offer with accommodation for 2 adults. From May 2022, our Speyside Suite will have the option to add on further accommodation for up to two extra guests. Archie’s Loft will feature an additional luxurious super king bedroom (available as either a twin or double) with ensuite shower room and small lounge area. This space will be exclusively available as an optional paid extra for those booking the Speyside Suite. Access to Archie’s Loft will be via an external door up a flight of stairs.
