⚠️I’ll be back in Tomintoul this Friday the 28th February with something a bit different for you⚠️

It’s a first for me, as I’ve never taken my trailer to the same spot twice in one month, but I thought, why not? I believe in your appetite!😋

You’re familiar with my pizzas, but how about trying loaded pittas 👀

These freshly baked pittas are filled with a crisp salad, juicy tomatoes, crunchy red cabbage slaw, a zesty mint and lime yoghurt dressing and topped with crispy onions.🙈

You can choose from three options:

🐔Peri peri chicken thighs - £10
Succulent chicken thighs, grilled and then caramelised in my 420ºC oven, combined with all the above components.

🍖Barbacoa Mexican pulled beef - £11
Tender beef brisket from R.G MacDonald Butcher, marinated in chipotle peppers, oranges, and a blend of spices, slow-cooked to bring out rich flavours.

🥕Chickpea shawarma - £8
A vegan option featuring roasted peppers, spiced chickpeas, beetroot hummus and green tomatillo salsa. This choice packs a punch, ensuring you’re well-nourished.

📍I’ll be at our usual spot on Friday, the 28th of February, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.
