The Southern Comfort is a double-deck paddle boat purpose built for the Broads with a capacity of 100 passengers for public trips or private hire. Our boat is a luxury river cruiser which runs regular trips from the beautiful village of Horning, along the River Bure through the village and out to Ranworth Broad and back, passing lovely old thatched houses, windmills and Norfolk reed beds. Throughout the trip there is an excellent commentary and continual pointing out of all the water birds around at the time. There is the ever present bustle of river traffic with cruisers, yachts and the occasional wherry.

Kitzbühel is a small Alpine town east of Innsbruck, in the western Austrian province of Tyrol. It’s a fashionable winter resort, known for the annual Hahnenkamm downhill race. Upscale shops and cafes line the streets of its medieval center. Museum Kitzbühel chronicles the history of the town and the area’s winter sports, with paintings by local artist Alfons Walde. Its rooftop terrace has sweeping town views.

Salzburg: Salzburg, literally “salt fortress”, is the fourth-largest city in Austria. Salzburg is the birthpalce of Mozart and home to the The Sound of Music, not only did the real Trapp family once live here, this movie classic was also filmed in and around the city.

2 Day off to explore Niederau. Why not take the little land train to the places that our coach cannot reach. ( extra cost)

Tram Ride from Seaton to Colyton: 3 miles of unspoilt countryside along the beautiful Axe Valley; Seaton Tramway operates narrow gauge heritage trams between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton in East Devon’s glorious Axe Valley, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life.

Seaton is a small Devon sea side town. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. This stretch of the Dorset and East Devon coastline became a UNESCO World Heritage Site site in 2001.
